At Aware Super, getting some help and guidance with your health can make a big difference now and leading into retirement. If you're a member with insurance, you can access health and wellbeing support services at no extra cost.

This discrete, online service is provided by Teladoc Health. A quality, virtual, healthcare provider that Aware Super partners with. And it's not only you that can benefit - your partner and any children over 18 years old are also covered. These services are completely confidential.

How do I access the programs?

You’ll need to log in to your Teladoc Health account and book an appointment. If you’ve never used this service before, you’ll need to first create your account with Teladoc Health.

Select your service and your preferred callback period. Once booked, a Teladoc Health team member will call you for a private discussion within 24 hours to understand your needs and book you in with the relevant expert.

Mental Health Assist

Speak with a qualified mental health professional for diagnosis and treatment advice.

Menopause Support

Get confidential support from women's health nurses for perimenopause and menopause symptoms.

Nutrition & Fitness

Talk with a dietician or physiotherapist (or both!) and get a personalised plan.
